At SK Homes, buying a property is a straightforward process; we listen to you and discuss your individual requirements and budget. Then we liaise directly with our representatives in Spain and put together a portfolio of suitable properties, creating a personalised brochure based on your individual requirements.
Meet us on an inspection trip...
Our service is centred on the customer. If you are happy with the selection of properties we have found for you and wish to proceed further, we will invite you to meet us in Spain on a purchasing trip. Once there, we'll introduce you to the properties and the areas they are in, so you can sample the lifestyle and climate for yourself.
We are happy to take care of your flight, accommodation and transport arrangements to Spain or you may prefer to make them yourselves. Once we've met up in Spain, the purchase trip is arranged around your individual requirements and conducted on a one to one basis. We don't believe in herding people around in groups. In fact, we aim to make the whole experience as personal, stress-free and enjoyable as possible.
SK Homes believe the best form of advertising is word of mouth and we hope that, even if you don't decide to make a purchase with us, that you will recommend us to your friends, family and associates.
Supporting you along the way
Even when you have decided which property to buy, our support team will be in regular contact, you'll never feel alone at any stage of the process. We are great believers in new technology and we will provide you with constant updates on your property, either through photos and video on disc or emailed via the internet, so you can chart the progress of your property without leaving the comfort of your own home! Our service even includes advice and assistance on what to do after your property is completed. We can offer guidance and direction on which local companies provide the best service for property management, rentals and re-selling.
