Introduction

• We have properties available to rent in Torrevieja, Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Villamartin, Cabo Roig, Campoamor and Las Ramblas.
• 18-hole golf courses at Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Campoamor
• Properties range from apartments to bungalows and detached villas.
• All properties are fully furnished and have private terraces.
• All properties have the use of communal swimming pools. Some properties have private pools.
• Some properties have added extras like TV and air conditioning.
• Car hire available through Europa
• Taxis – to and from Alicante or Murcia airports
• Mid-term cleans available
• Cots, highchairs and stairgates available to hire.
• Tennis, horse riding, beaches, marina locally.

All transactions are in euros. All prices are per week per villa.

Homecare Service

Owning a property hundreds or even thousands of miles from home can be a worry. Your property could be for investment purposes or that second home. The peace of mind that someone is watching over it is invaluable.

We have provided a “Homecare Service” to hundreds of satisfied clients.

A 1 bedroom property per 6 months = 104€ (regular visits)
Cleaning package = 50€

A 2 bedroom property per 6 months = 130€ (regular visits)
Cleaning package = 60€

A 3 bedroom property per 6 months = 156€ (regular visits)
Cleaning package = 75€

Detached Villas : on request

• We will inspect your property regularly to ensure all is well.
• A check is made to ensure all services are working (i.e. water & electric) IF NOT WE FIND OUT WHY.
• We can liaise with any deliveries to enable access to the property (a small charge is made for supervised access).
• We will clean before, during and after your visit, if you need us to do so, including a laundry service.
• We can enable visitor's access when notified and turn on the electric and water services.

Special Extras

Transport Services

Airport to Property or Property to Airport. We provide a friendly efficient service to speed you to your property. This is recommended for a first time visitor or for people arriving in the evening.

Car Hire

From a small run-around to a nine seater. For 1 day to 6 months. Airport collection or picked up at property.

Starter Packs

Standard starter packs (water, milk, tea, coffee, sugar & juice).For those special occasions or needs we can have these items ready for your arrival.

Maid Service

For those clients that require a daily, mid term or weekly clean for yourselves or your guests. We also offer spring-cleaning / window cleaning and upholstery cleaning services to keep your property in tip top condition.

Child Services

Cots, highchairs, buggies, safety gates etc. All are top quality and can be placed in your property ready for your arrival.

Maintenance Services

We are happy to quote for all repair, security and building works, from a lock change to fitting security grills or extensions.

Short- and Long-term Rental

Using your family and friends, our existing client base, new potential clients and global agents, your property could have an income.

• All enquiries are dealt with by our friendly staff, who believe that listening to a clients needs is paramount.
• We handle all the paperwork.
• No bookings are accepted without the owners' permission.
• All houses are cleaned by our staff.
• Commissions for holiday is – 22.5%

We have properties available for long term at reduced rates
(minimum 3 month contract) – commission 17.5%

• Our houses are all homes and these are chosen to give the feeling of a new home with the flexibility to allow you to add those personal touches.
• Some houses have those small extras such as TV, Satellite, Radios, Washing Machines and Dishwashers
• Refundable deposits are required on all long term lets
• All houses are cleaned and prepared prior to your arrival so you can start your holiday as soon as you arrive
• Our prices are exclusive of water and electric
